We stayed at the Yuefu(Chinese pronounce)Hotel in Changchun, China for two days in June, 2006, paying 430 for a deluxe room. The room was large and comfortable, though the carpet was a bit dirty (a common problem in Chinese hotels). The location was good, in walking distance of a lot of the city, including the main shopping area, and close to the Manchurian palace that is Changchun's biggest attraction. The breakfast buffet that came with our room was one of the best we have had anywhere. People at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We also found a great little Sichuan restaurant in a small alley behind the hotel, but you probably need some command of Chinese to eat there. Altogether, a pleasant and reasonably priced hotel in a nice area of Changchun.
