1. Crystal Orange Hotel, Hangzhou: Everything was great, the staff very smiled, the location quiet and good, everything was find. The decoration was amazing and with taste.

May be one suggestion: more choice for the breakfast.

The hotel is excellent and the room is clean and comfortable. What I like most about the hotel is the short distance from the West Lake. After the terrible taxi ride from the Train station to the hotel, it is a pleasant to note that we do not need to take any taxi to reach the Lake. Thumbs up to this small little boutique hotel.

The hotel is located near West Lake (walking distance) which is convenient.
Staffs there are polite and helpful. Pricing wise is reasonable.

My husband and I went to Hangzhou ...

My husband and I went to Hangzhou in Apr for a short holiday. We stayed in Crystal Orange Hotel. The location is good and the West Lake is just nearby. It is less than 10 min walking distance to the lake. We both really enjoyed the early morning stroll to the West lake and took quite a lot of photos around the lake. There are different types of restaurants, i.e Chinese, western, tea shop, convenient shop nearby. The hotel is relatively new to me and the room we stayed in is very clean. Both room and bathroom size are big enough to our expectation. I like the bathroom,the bathtub and the shower pit area are separated. Though it is rated as a 4 star hotel, other facilities in the hotel might not reach the 4 star international standard. The check-in registration took a little longer that we expected. However we like the hotel cleanliness and quietness. Another plus point to us is the broadband internet is free.
