I was very happy with the service we recieved back in 2000 when we were in China to pick up our daughter. The people there were courteous, the rooms were super clean and they were even there at all times in the night to give us hot water for our babies formula.I would reccomend this hotel to everyone who stays in Chengdu.

We were very happy with our various bookings through your service. All the hotels were up to our expectations, only one issue is the Double Bed. The Hotel in Guangzhou, the Landmark Canton only had single beds. Maybe suggest in future you make sure they know this. We showed them the email confirmation we had received from you.
Otherwise, the Landmark was a lovely hotel in a great position. The Hyatt Xian was also excellent and the manager of the Yinhe Dynasty Hotel in Chengdu was very helpful. We had a few language problems with English but hopefully the staff will get more training. We would be happy to recommend your service and use it again in the future.
