This was a very good travel experience. This is a first rate international hotel. From cuisine to other aminities including a luxurious cigar bar featuring the finest cubans at affordable prices. If one is tiring of the native cuisine, there is a McDonalds withing one block, a starbucks in the hotel proper, and if you need to replenish your bottle water supply, a wall-mart just a short walk away. The laundry is first rate with your shirts returning folded in new shirt style complete with cellophane wrappers. The staff is friendly, helpful and no problem is too large or too small to remedy quickly. Highly recommended and we will return.

It was very close to the fair we need to go, so we booked this hotel, however, we felt regret for our choice.

After long time flight + taxi, we arrived in the hotel; however, we found out that the lobby was totally a mass. Lots of people were standing there waiting for something, maybe check-in or check out. We felt very tired. However, without finding any chair in the spacious lobby to sit, we stood there waiting for about 40 minutes. When finally our turn, we understood why so many people have to wait: the front desk was totally inefficient. At first, could not find our reservation with our name; even we had showed the confirmation voucher! We never met this situation in other Marriott hotels. Disappointed!

After contacting our agency and the staff talked to the front desk, finally we were arranged a room. The room as said was out dated and need renovation.
Beds were firm and we did not find a switch for the light in the closet, so it bright all night. Did not sleep well.

We think we will not return to this hotel or recommend it to others.

Very satisfied with overall accommodations. Well worth the price and more. It is very convenient to the Exhibition Centre so you can just walk under the subway of the metro station to get there. Just do not order pizza from room service (fight the homesickness and stick with the local dishes). In addition, as a five star hotel, English communication skills of the hotel staff should be improved
