Being a first time using the internet hotel booking service, I am very pleased with the TCG Hotel Booking Center servcie. No doubt, in planning my future trips to China, your Center will be my first choice of contact for hotel booking. Furama Hotel is well located and has easy access to public transport services ie taxis & buses etc. Close proximity to major shopping malls is a great plus for our family members who enjoyed shopping. Being closed to the ChuJiang River, we really enjoyed the surrounding environment especially taking morning / evening strolls along the riverside. Staff service at the hotel was excellent and all our requests were promptly met and attended to. Keep up with the excellent service your Centre has provided thus far and I am sure you will win more support from potential / existing customers. I was completely satisfied with your service.

The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the restaurants offer very good Dim Sum breakfast. The location close to the river is nice and with a taxi everything is easy to reach. I would stay there again.

I was very happy and satisfied with the service at the Furama hotel. Since my last visit they now have safes in the rooms and a small refrrigerator which they did not have during my last visit. My only mix up is when I left the cleaning lady a good tip it caused a small problem because tips are not expected in China as they are here in the USA. The matter was straightened out and the manager was glad I was very happy with the service. The massage was incredible and relaxing. The area was busy but nice. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you for securing me a good price. I asked for and again got a view of the pearl river which is breathtaking at
night. Thanks again.
