Within my 9-day trip to China, I booked three hotels through TravelChinaGuide. I am very impressed by their prompt response and efficient services rendered. I would highly recommend TCG to anyone.

The first glance at the hotel from outside is a bit old, but the hotel is nice in fact. The room is big and clean. Around the hotel can find restaurants and shops. It is just a 5 minutes walk to Ju Jiang river and have a nice riverview especially at a night time. It is also just a 10 minutes walk to famous Shang-Xia-Jiu commercial area. Only inconvenience is that it is not close to the metro subway, ie 15-20 minutes walking distance. But can simply take a taxi to the nearest subway.The taxi fare is not expensive, meter starts from RMB7.

Second, Guangzhou Bai Gong Hotel (White House), the hotel you recommended was very nice. To tell you the truth, i was a little worried of what to expect. To my surprise the hotel was very nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. A big plus to me was that they have Internet service that you could connect wile in the room. The staff to most part was very professional and polite. Little English but enough to make our stay pleasant and rewarding. If I travel to Guangzhou again, I think I will stay there again. At the time of my visit they were in the process of renovating the entrance of the hotel. I am sure it will turn out great and can't wait to see how it came out. Price and all was great, you can not complain.

Since this is my first time using your services, I find it very convenient and efficient. Your assistance in getting the confirmation letter from the hotel concern for our visas application is very much appreciated. Everything has been smooth sailing since the beginning. Hello. I write in late reply at your review request for Guangzhou Bai Gong Hotel. In general terms, this hotel has been one of the best I've been in China. Their prices are very convenient and the rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Though the hotel itself doesn't look so great from the outside, its rooms are excellent. The surroundings of the hotel are not so nice, especially by night, but since it's placed so near to the river, it's very convenient too. Another great thing about this hotel is that it's surrounded by all kinds of stores and restaurants. The only thing i didn't like about this hotel is that it's a little difficult for a foreigner to actually get to the hotel, since it's far from any subway station.

About the booking service of TCG, I can truly tell you it's the best booking service I've known in China. I've already recommended it to my friends and I'd easily do the same with anyone I know who'd like to visit China. The only suggestion I can give you is to keep the good work. Congratulations.
