The hotel was in a good location, near the conference venue and mc donalds. Very clean and comfortable. The staff also very helpfull. Look forward to doing business with this hotel again

Yea the hotel was simply great...its location..... near to mac donald.... near to the convention centre..... the staffs need some english training.... otherwise the hotel is superb!!! WORTH STAYING THERE!!!!!!!!!

Hotel was ok, service was good, nice personal. Breakfast very good. An ok hotel with only 5 min walk to Canton Fair. Your service is always good, no problem.

I am very pleased with your excellent service and very helpful tele-staffs. They really make my visit to China a memorable one. A special thank to your staff on telephone Ext. 555 and 512 who helped me to book a room in Shenzhen & Zhuhai via phone. The location of China Merchant Hotel is very strategic and you can get to every where within Guangzhou city by taxi for RMB 10-15. In my opinion this hotel should be rated 3 star only but I will still return to stay next time.

Thanks for your work. We had a goodish time in Quangzhou. However, it was too cold for my husband and we left China after our stay there. Suggestion would be for the hotel to put in more English language TV channels. We would like to use your services again in future, we'll keep your address on file.

The hotel was was in a good location, the staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Their was a good range of food for breakfast and most enjoyable. We also had dinner in the hotel and the choice and quality of the food was great.
