Dear Customer Service Team, Thank you for your email request for my review of my Hotel Stay in Guangzhou.
Firstly I have no complaints at all as I found my Hotel booking at the LiuHua was handled professionally and without any delays or mishandlings at all.

The Liu Hau Hotel is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are magnificent, the bathroom and room accessories are useful and well presented. Room service was also very well handled by the housekeeping staff. The command of English was good and all requests my family made were actioned very quickly and without mistakes. Requests for extra pillows and towels were carried out expeditiously and always with a smile.

The consiege and front desk staff were also very good and had a good command of English.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the Guangzhou fashion shopping area. All types of clothing can be found here. The shops start in the Hotel and continue out into the street and for several blocks both above and below ground level. There is a huge mixture of Chinese manufacturers and designer labels on clothing, handbags, shoes and accessories. All the latest fashions can be found here for both men and women and great prices.

There is no doubt that I will bring my family to the LiuHua Hotel again and will again use your booking service. I hope you will keep a record of booking.

About my comments on the hotel I stayed in your China trip:

The hotel was great the location is very very nice, the staff service not good, the rooms was very small so we cant stay in the room after we buy some goods, and also when we asked the reception to keep some bags in the hotel store they asked me to pay more money so next time I will not go to these hotel.

I rate my booking experience through TCG Booking Center was very good 100%.

As for the luggage storage, we do have consulted the Liuhua Hotel, Guangzhou and been informed that the hotel offers free luggage storage only on the check-out date of the customers. If the luggage storage is not on your check-out date, customers should pay for the luggage storage and the charges vary according to the conditions of the luggage:

Electrical Appliance or large-size luggage: CNY25.00/day/piece
Heavy Luggage: CNY8.00/day/piece
Moderate-size Luggage: CNY5.00/day/piece
Small Luggage: CNY3.00/day/piece

The hotel's location is very superb, just opposite the railway station and there are many wholesale markets around. So, the transportation here is very convenient. However, one coin has two sides. The environment around the hotel is totally a mess due to so many people every day. The hotel is an old 4 star hotel with newly renovation. However, we feel the service of the hotel still need improving. Our carpet never got cleaned from the first day. Check out took too long time.

But the hotel is very close to the old canton fair. Thus, maybe we will stay in again during canton fair.

Hello there in Travel China Guide!

I am just back from my wery succesfull journy to tour in China , even i spent here wery little time! Liuhua Hotel working and staff where wery helpfull, sometimes only staff needs bit more english practice in certain things because moust travellers uses english language , but otherwise everything was okay! No problems att all! Thank you! Qualiy and people who works in service ranch in cenerally in China they are remarkable and people are wery helpfull and try to solve you little problems!

I am back with 12 days in China for business. Thank you for all the staff in TCG to handle my booking during my trip in China. Liuhua hotel I stayed for 3 nights has fair facilities. I only take a few minutes walk to arrive in the hotel. But it is a little noisy
