Let? begin with the location of the hotel. It was said located in the central heart of Tianhe District; however, it was not really in the center. Maybe ok for business traveler, but if you go to Guangzhou for leisurely shopping or want to visit some attractions like Chen Family Temple, it was too far away.

The service: Like other Chinese-managed hotel in China, staff were not very professional. Check-in and check out slowly, greetings guests with blank expression..

The d?or of this hotel was a kind of weird, seems luxury but actually fake and not natural 18 century European style. Did not like it.

Although had so many short points, the hotel? room was ok and beds were comfortable. Internet speed was fast. And the pleasant amenity was the Jacuzzi bath tub.

Next time to Guangzhou, we will probably try another one and see.

I am satisfy with the service and the staffs are friendly. The location is
a bit far from city center especially shopping mall, but transportation is
convenient.

The service from TCG booking center is fast and convenient. As overall, I

I stayed from Mar 06 to Mar 09. 2006 with the help of TCG hotel booking center. Room facility was luxurious and very comfortable. Especially, nearby the hotel there is a big city bus station named "TianPiangJia" and transport is very convenient. Breakfast was good and delicious. If I visit Guangzhou next time, and the room rate is not changed much, I will choose this hotel again.
