We recently stayed at the White Swan and cannot recommend it highly enough. Immaculately clean, lovely restaurants and in my opinion very friendly and polite staff. We will return and our first requirement will be to book into the White Swan.

My wife and I stayed here when we adopted our child. The White Swan was great. The staff, food, and rooms. This is a must stay hotel. The shop are close to the hotel. I would give it a 5 star.

I highly recommend The White Swan ...

I highly recommend The White Swan Hotel. The accomodations were wonderful. I found it very easy to get around even though I spoke no Chinese. The breakfast buffet is highly recommened. The staff is also very helpful.

We stayed at the White Swan when we adopted our daughter. Everything about the hotel is first class. I miss being there. We were guests for 19 days and it was wonderful. I am sad that China is a 17 hour flight. I would be at the White Swan every chance I got.

My husband and I stayed at the ...

My husband and I stayed at the White Swan last year. We found it to be a well appointed hotel and deserving of it's 5 star status. Everything including the shuttle bus from the train, good food, nightclub, great location and the small touches, such as the staff member calling the lifts for us made our stay very enjoyable. All the services made our stay, as non-chinese speakers, very easy. Would recommend the hotel to anyone.

The White Swan is absolutely the ...

The White Swan is absolutely the best hotel in Guangdong provence.

I have been many times in different hotels in Guangzhou, and many times in White Swan, but White Swan is the best I ever experienced in this city. ( The Garden hotel is my second choise)

The food in White Swan is absolute top with an extreme choise of all kinds of food, including caviar. Rooms are perfect (Only the beds are quit hard) as well as the bars and outdoor swimming pool. The only weak point is the fact that the hotel is very frequent used by adoption parents with their somtimes very noisy babys. But It is nice to see the happy parents with their adoption baby that will get a better live somwhere else in the world.

A repaint of the reception area as to be done very soon. (march 2006)
Anyhow, these are minor things.

Compliments for the service and efficiency of the White Swan Staff.
A special compliment for Fanny on reception desk, I have never been checking in so efficient and fast!

The Withe Swan is participating as one of the leading hotels in the world , and they deserved this 100 percent. I am a professinal in the hotel and catering sector, and think I know much about. (march 2006)
