It was a hotel for leisurely tourists not for business travelers. It was located in the foot of a mountain, had nice view. However, although the hotel has free shuttle to the city center, but if you catch time, have to take a taxi, costs about $ 7.
Staff totally not the 5 star standards. Check-in/ Check out slowly.

Overall, if you go to Guangzhou for touring, can have a try, but if for business, just forget it.

This is a real 5 star hotel with many unique features, it also has a night club that is a lot of fun, the chinese restaurant is fantastic, the staff are a little light on their English but the foot massage that you can get there is out of this world. The rates can be excellent especially if you are not there at convention time.
I highly recommend this hotel, it is in the mountains surrounded by lakes and is just beautiful

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. It has comfort, style, a wonderful South Asian ambience, clean and quiet rooms with beautiful views of their exdtraordinary water elements/swimming facilities. The food is good. The staff stays out of your way and there is a good exercise facility.......and to top it off the managment is very flexible on the room rates. I will stay here again.
