Ans: The Zhuhai Special Economic Zone Hotel, Guangzhou has the full facility and the staff of the hotel is quite helpful. The hotel is near a shopping mall which is sold the computer and mobile phone.

2. TCG booking service:

Ans: TCG Booking Center is very convenience for me to book the hotel. I will give 4 Star out of 5 Star. The another 1 Star is because of the reply is within 1 day. If can reply as soon as possible is a better service for people who need the room emergency.

This is the best 3 star hotel in guangzhou i have ever stayed in . clean room, helpfull staff (although english speaking staff are RARE), very good location. near to Macdonalds,Metro station,pizza hut,and Beijing Lu shopping street.
The booking through travel china guide was excellent as always.

The room is new decorated so it is nice but have to improve the air conditional. Service is O.K. and the location is in the center which can take the taxi to other shopping areas within 10 RMB or can take the metro. It is convenient.

I must say that i was very satisfied with the hotel booking at TCG.Service was perfect,no problem at all.Everything was smooth,and this is my second time booking with you.

As for services at the Zhuhai Special Economic zone hotel, english language speaking staff was a problem,internet service was very poor and the breakfast which was included in my booking needs upgrading.Apart from these little problems,every other service was ok.

I stayed at this hotel in 2004. It is a very clean, moderately-priced hotel, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Not many English-speaking folks on staff, but they still did everything they could to communicate with me. Fortunately, my Chinese wife (Guangzhou native) was there, and she speaks enough English to help this foreigner. :) The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very good, and the view of the city from my 14th-floor room was spectacular. There are some really nice shopping areas nearby, also.

I have stayed at this hotel during ...

I have stayed at this hotel during Canton Fairs Oct 05 and again in Apr 06. The hotel is neat, well furnished, house keeping is good under personal supervision of Ms Susan who is very helpfull and always available from morning till night.
Location is EXCELLENT- next to metro station, Macdonalds, Beijing Lu which is the most popular night Bazar.
Internet connection easily available. Ideal for tourists as world heritage monuments are also close by.
