I stayed in this hotel for three nights In February, when I showed the reception staff the hotel voucher offered by TCG booking center, she found my reservation without any delay. And the room the hotel staff arranged for me looks old and it is not a real non-smoking room, I requested the hotel staff to arrange another room for you, and kindly they changed another room which is much better than the original one, it is clean and spacious. The bellboy is very courteous and helpful, I really appreciated.

For the booking procedure, it is very easy to make a reservation, and very helpful, I got efficient service. Thank you.

I agree with Isabell, except that I would not rate this hotel as high as 3 stars and we found the front desk staff to be unhelpful.
There are many good restuarants in Haikou but not in this hotel.
We will be in Haikou twice more during 2008 and wil stay at the HNA, It really is a 4 star hotel, and the staff are very helpful.
