Best Western Premier Richful Hotel in Hangzhou:-

The Hotel is of International standard, clean, big rooms luxuriously furnished beyond our expectation for the rates we paid. Excellent choice for comfort. Front desk staff extremely helpful and polite. Bell boys very initiative and keen in their service. We would give this hotel 5 star rating. Wonderful place to stay and convenient for food and very accessible to the West Lake Area even though we have to walk to the main road for transportation. Total Satisfaction.

We are very happy with the service provided by Best Western Premier Richful Green Hotel. Even though the hotel is located away from the business district, it is easily accessible on foot or by cab to the West Lake or to the main shopping district. We had a very pleasant stay in the hotel with very helpful front desk reception. My only complaint is the lack of English speaking staff in the hotel and this inconvenient non-mandarin speakers. We truly enjoyed our trip to Hangzhou.

As for TCG, I commend you for a very efficient service. Above all your friendliness and desire to improve your online service to visitors to China should be lauded. I would soon be asking for your service again in my March trip to Shanghai.

1. Best Western Premier Richful Green Hotel, Hangzhou

This is my first trip to Hangzhou, but I can speak Chinese. The hotel amenities are great. Really nice hotel with good price.

The only "minor" complaint I have is location. It is in a rather remote street/alley, and relatively far from West Lake (not in walking distance). I also need to go Zhejiang University often, which is a bit far from the hotel. One needs to walk for about 5 minutes to get to a main street where a lot of transportation means are available. Nevertheless, taxi always waits in front of the hotel. If next time I get more familiar with the public transportation system, I will definitely stay there again.

2. TCG Booking Center:
You guys are fantastic. One of the best, if not the best, price offerers for booking trip to China. I have used you mainly for domestic flight bookings before, now hotel as well. I will definitely use you again, and highly recommend to my friends. Only drawback is the limited means of payment -- not all of my friends have paypal account. If you can expand it more, that will be great. Keep up with the good work.

We were very pleased with the TCG booking service and we got a very quick and clear response after I made the reservation in the website. Besides, our special requests were reasonably satisfied and better arranged by the hotel staff. We were extremely with the hotel itself and the staff is helpful and kind. We had a very spacious and nice room. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and we prefer to recommend the hotel as well as TCG booking center to anyone.

The food of the hotel was Chinese style and we hope there will be more choice for foreigners in the future.

1. We were upgraded to Business suite with no additional cost. We found it's a little too remote from public transport since it's not located along main streets leading to the West Lake. Nevertheless, the hotel staff was helpful to arrange taxi for us.

2. That was the 2nd time making hotel arrangement via TCG since they were prompt in their replies and provided us with valuable information on our request.

Very nice and modern hotel. The staff is very friendly. But the best of all was actually the dealing with TCG Staff. They are very efficient and helpful. Kudos to them. Is just that I have a problem with the language, as very difficult to find people in Hangzhou can speak English.

Good location. The hotel is near by the railway station and west lake. Also, the service in the hotel was excellent. Staffs were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious.
