Centre Hotel was very good. The facility was clean and the location is central and good. The service was good. There was limitation of only basically one staff person who was able to help since I speak English and do not know Chinese, but he was not always working, but I was able to get to him when he was available and at work.

This is the hotel that I refer to in my earlier reply of hotels with better accomodations, and I would come back and recommend this to others.

I appreciated the Center Hotel in Hangzhou the most. It was fabulous and I would stay there again. In fact, I wish I had stayed at the Center Hotel longer.

I was very satisfied with all my reservations and i especially appreciated the quick responses by email from you when i had questions and concerns.
