I stayed at Holiday Inn for 1 week. The staff was excellent. Very gracious. Our room was taken well care of. They even came in twice a day to our room to make sure it was cleaned. The western breakfast in the morning was delicious. The Alpine Muesli is a must. Yummy. The only complaint was the a/c needed to be colder. A once in a lifetime experience.

I was once stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel, Hangzhou. It is worthy mentioning my pleasant stay at the hotel and I would like to recommend the hotel to the travelers to Hangzhou. I was staying in Holiday In, Hangzhou in 3 weeks. The staff was exelent, so kind and helpful, the room was very good and the food very good. I can recomand this hotel to others who will visit Hangzhou. I will stay at this hotell every time I will travel to Hangzhou.
