We enjoyed our few days at the Lake View Hotel, Hangzhou. The room was comfortable, although as middle aged westerners we would prefer a slightly softer bed. The service was fine and the staff were all very helpful. The public areas of the hotel are very attractive and well maintained, although the guest areas could do with a bit of renewal. The location was perfect, enabling us to walk to the Lake area which was where we spent most of our time.
Our booking experience was very good. We received prompt responses to our initial inquiries and throughout the procedures. We will use this service again.

The overall staying experience at the Lakeview Hotel in Hangzhou was excellent. This was the third time I have stayed at the hotel, and this time I stayed there with my cousin and her husband who had travelled from Sydney to Shanghai to visit me (I am an English teacher in Shanghai). They were very impressed by the standard of the accommodation, the buffet breakfast, and the very friendly and efficient staff.
As for the TCG Booking Service, I have said it before and I say it again: YOUR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!

Everything of the Lake-View Hotel was fine (rating 4), except for the room that was far too small with no place to store my clothes (rating 2) which gives an overall rating 3.

Location is good. Hotel is above average. Staff are friendly . I have the lakeview room a, paid higher for this but since the room is on the second floor , i can only see the trees and not the lake.
Your service is prompt and excellent. I always book at the very last minute and I get a quick reply every time. And you offer a good alternative if I dont get my first choice. Please keep up the good work.
