This is our first time to make hotel arrangement via TravelChinaGuide and we were very content with the service. We got a quick reply email with valuable information on our request. Of course, I would like to recommend TCG to my friends.

We were satisfied with the hotel service and the staff is polite and patient. The food of the hotel is very delicious and we really enjoy it. But the hotel is a little far from the city center which is not convenient for foreigners to go the city center.

We were happy with TCG booking.
Lily Hotel : Pool was not clean and operating. Air Con not turned on, room was hot. When requested A/C they still did not turn it on, said open windows. Breakfast was good.

My wife and I spent 2 weeks in the Lily's. The service and even the restaurant has been very good. The staff is polite and friendly. We will come back this year!!

Very good hotel and service, can't beat the value. The single standard rooms would be too small for a family, but are excellent for a single business traveller.

I like Lily Hotel the best. The hotel is clean and to the expectation of the 'three stars' hotel.
