First of all I want to say that the service I had from you by booking was excelent!!!
But I am really sorry to inform you that we were really disapointed about the treatment we had when we arrived at the hotel at around midnight. They wanted us to put 2000 yuen in deposit which is fair enough, but they did not accept credit cards!!! They kept on telling us the same thing in chineese several times, but as we did not understand chineese this caused a big problem as they wouldn't give us the keys for the room without having the 2000. Where do you get 2000 in cash at midnight. Finally we found a solution and we paid them the day after.

When we arrived at the hotel we confirmed our stay as booked and presented a credit card asa payment, but were very surprised that this hotel did not accept credit cards. We then asked them to change USD but they refused without any explanation and asked us to go change money at 5 stars hotels as all banks were closed for two days and ATM take only local cards. The next morning we went to several hotels but they could not change as we were not customers. Finally we had to leave the hotel and find one who accepted our payment, which cost us much more than expected.We were very disapointed with their behaviour as it would have been easy to find a solution. We also proposed to give them our passport until banks open but they also refused. Hope next time we use your service we have better luck
