Thank you for the book. Everything was good. The service was prompt and the price was good and the hotel had all the info they needed. It can not be better.
Thank you

Dear Ms. Lena Qian,
Thanks for your below email and I do appreciated it. Regarding of my expression along my stay in Beijing, especially Beijing International, so far all are excellent and I am happy and enjoyed them. It would be nice if then BIH can accept credit card as a deposit because, more than 5 times I stay, they always asked cash deposit first.
Thanks & Bst Rgds, Rito

Dear Mr. Rito Prasetyo,
Thank you for your kind and sincere reply.
For the deposit by credit card, we do have consulted the hotel and been informed that as a five star hotel, they do accept cash as well as some of the international credit cards as a deposit, including Visa, Master, AMEX, Diners Club and JCB. If there is some problem with the POS machine, they will ask cash deposit. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Please feel free to contact us should you need any help or any info.
Best Regards, Lena Qian

Very central location, just across the street from a major shopping centre with eatery, very close to the subway and a short walk to a extremely traditional food street market. Very good facilities and courteous staff. I would reccommend this hotel.

If you cannot speak Chinese avoid ...
If you cannot speak Chinese avoid this hotel at all costs. Numerous reason why we were intensely disappointed but most irritating of all was the fact that this "international" hotel had precious few staff who could speak anything more than the simplest pigeon english. Tied to that is that fact that their flagship revolving restaurant on the top floor is nothing more than a buffet which closes and stops revolving at ten (early for a european) and the staff literally stood around pressuring us to finish up and leave. We then tried to not pay the 15% service charge they then levied for doing nothing but irritate us, but their english was so bad that we gave up. Not feeling so "international" here either.
Other than the enterance hall, the hotel as a ugly shabby decor and we found much much better hotels for almost the same price.
Location is good however and the hotel looks cool from the outside. Restuarants are average. Not worth the price, even if it is cheap for someone from the UK.
Avoid.

This hotel is the best value-for-the-money in town. No unneccessary luxury crap. The restaurants are excellent, but still very reasonalby priced. Location is very good and the staff is fast and reliable

Just returned from 6 days at the International Hotel. Great choices for breakfast either American or Chinese. Hotel staff were very courteous. Hotel room was on the 17th floor. Only negative I would have is that the air temperature in rooms is on a centralized system. Found it too hot at night in November. Bar staff in lounge bar on second floor were excellent. Dinner at the revolving restaurant was presented well with good seafood.

Excellent facilities and service! I stay in the executive floors, which is well worth the reasnable rates -- If you are not spoiled by the included extras, the service and attention is sure to win you over.

The TCG booking was EXCELLENT. The International Hotel, Beijing, was good. Problems: 1. Often toilet was clogged. 2. There was a bad smell in the 12th floor hall were I stayed; needs more fresh air or air fresheners. 3. The breakfast was a bit pricy.

Absolutely: you handled my request very professionally and swiftly, to my great satisfaction.
I stayed at the International Hotel, and I was very happy with the stay- the staff is very knowledgable and kind, and helpful with all my requests- ranging from how to go to a particular market to exchanging money. I would also like to mention the great range of wines my colleagues and I discovered at the hotel lounge, where we were very happy to discover an Australian wine some of us shared while I could taste the local Great Wall white wine. -- Truly a memorable evening!
