My answer to your 2 questions:

1. The hotel location is very good for me because it is just next to railway station where I arrived. There are tourist buses nearby that goes to all the places of interest. Perfect location for me. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

2. Booking through TCG was hassle-free. Very easy to book and confirm. I appreciated not having to make prior payment at booking time. I will definitely use TCG again.

Excellent location! The hotel is very near by the railway station and the international exhibition center. It is only with 2minutes walk distance to the railway station and 10 minutes walk to the exhibition center.

We have visited many cities in china, and stayed many hotels. Nanjing new century hotel is listed as a 4-star but it's certainly beyond other hotels we stayed: the 4-star Park Hotel in Shanghai (though the location is excellent) and the 5-star Nikko New Century Hotel in Beijing which was both a little disappointing in comparison. Our room was spacious and decorated in a modern style. The bathroom was quite clean and bright.

Overall, I'd certainly stay here again.

Great service. The receptionist ...

Great service. The receptionist went out of her way to help us get to where we needed. It is also in a very convenient location because the railway station is within walking distance and the bus station is right next to the railway station. The bus station is a last stop for many busses, so we did not even have to figure out which way to take the bus! The lobby cafe is very convenient also as it is open 24 hours.

I am at the end of a two night stay ...

I am at the end of a two night stay at this hotel. The price and service are very good. Free broadband is great too! The lobby restaurant is very nice as well. I had laundry that needed to be washed and it was done quickly for a good price. If you get a room on the main street side, you can see people doing their Tai Chi in the large park across the main street.

If you need to get anything from a store, there is a multi story super market within walking distance from the hotel (right behind the KFC).

I recommend this hotel!

I am very satisfied with the service of TCG. My reservation request was processed very promptly and I received my confirmation within three hours when it was at some very early hours in China.

I am very satisfied with Nanjing New Century Hotel's facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings. The staff was very courteous, facility was great and the surroundings were pretty.

Your booking center worked very well for us. We booked rooms X'ian, Nanjing, and Shanghai. The rooms were the least expensive I was able to find on the internet that suited our comfort levels. The directions to the hotels printed in English and Chinese were very helpful. There were no problems with the reservations. I have already recommended your service to friends.

We were very happy with the accommodations at the New Century. We booked the least expensive rooms but were always treated as though we had booked the most expensive suite in the hotel. When we show friends the photos of the hotel they cannot believe that we were able to stay in such a hotel for the price we paid.

It was very convenient that the hotel was near the new subway and the railway station. The walk around the nearby lake was well worth the time, even in winter.

In terms of New Century in Nanjing, it was a top rated hotel! The service was excellent, the room was clean and beautiful, and the entire stay (2 nights) was pleasant. In terms of your services, I was glad you were able to accept PDF copy of a signed form instead of fax, since I had no access to a fax machine to make the long-distance connection. You might want to consider permanently adding the PDF as an option in the future.
