The service that your company (travel China guide) provided was excellent and I am very pleased and satisfied.
The Mingyuan Xindu hotel provided what I can only describe as a first class level of service and accommodation and I would definitely recommend and return there for another holiday.
In conclusion I had a thoroughly wonderful stay in China and would pay a warm and heartfelt tribute to everyone in China. You are truly a wonderful people. Thankyou.

When I booked my room I thought I would be in the main hotel, but was placed in an annex of the hotel. I was a bit upset about this. I assumed this was because I booked a Four star room. If I had been told about this I probably wouldn't have been quite as upset.
The main reason I checked out was that the friends I was meeting with lived on the oposite side of Nanning and they found a good hotel nearer thier location.
There are no real bad feelings obout the situation, and I would book with the hotel again but would make sure I was housed in the main hotel.
The only suggestion I have is to explain to anyone booking down to the four star rated room is to tell them they would be housed in the annex rather than the main hotel. Outside of this I was very satisfied with everything concerned with the booking.
