The service provided by TCG is first class and problem free. This hotel has only one thing against it,the rooms at the front suffer from the noise of the traffic. I would say apart from that the staff are very helpful and the Hotel its self is better than some four star hotels I have stayed in. If I come to Nanning again I will stay in this hotel.

Hello The Xiangyun Hotel in Nanning was very pleasant, and a good price. The Staff spoke enough English and the room was clean and dry. We would stay there again.

Transportation is very convenient, only 5 minutes by taxi to the railway station. Frankly speaking, this is a nice hotel with reasonable price. My room was clean and bright. Not like other Chinese budget hotel, the bed was very soft and comfortable. I got a soundly sleep all over the night. Furthermore, the hotel also provides the broadband internet. It cost RMB10.00 per day.

The replies back to me were submitted in a timely fashion and easily understood, making the e-mail communication very convenient and well informed. I was completely satisfied with the facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings during my stay in the Xiangyun Hotel. It was a most pleasurable experience to have such a clean and well presented room for my stay within the hotel complex. I utilised the hotel dining room on several occasions and also used the laundry service. All of the amenities and the staff service were first class and this made my stay there even more pleasant. Security and taxi service provided at the hotel were also excellent and I fully commend and thank all staff members for assisting me throughout my stay.
