I'm glad to share with you my opinion concerning the service in the hotel I stayed and the booking service.

I feel really satisfied with the service of TCG Booking Center, all of you were kind and promptly ready to help me, not only by web but also on the phone; I found with your company efficiency that I never found with any other and this made my completely satisfied with your exellent service, in particular the kindness and efficiecy of one of your operators named Sarah (extention number 513) that successfully helped me in my booking a hotel in Xi'an.

As regard as the facility, staff service, location as well as surroundings during my staying in Jianguo Hotel Qianmen,Beijing & City Hotel, Xian I really feelsatisfied. But I feel not satisfied at all with the staff service in Ocean Hotel, Shanghai: they were often unkind with their guests and didn't take care of them as they should! Than, rooms and facilities didn't seem to be a 4star Hotel's and I still can not imagine why breakfast was so expensive (90RMB) compared to the ones we had in Beijing and Xi'an that were much more satisfying... :-))). In the end it was so far from the city center that I didn't expect!!
