We were satified with the hotel and service of the astor house hotel. The location was ideal, near the fair we wanted to visit and near to the city center. The only suggestion we would like to make is to refurbish the breakfast room which we found not very clean (dirty chairs and table cloths). Changing sooner the chair dressing and the table cloths would help to start the day in a nice breakfast room. The bedroom was very nice and clean. The price / quality level was very good.

1. I was not happy that I had to fax my credit card details when making this booking. A more secure payment method was desired.

2. I found the Astor House Hotel to be a sensational place to stay. The hotel's facilities are first rate, the staff friendly and helpful and the level of English spoken was acceptable. The rich history of the hotel is also an attractive asset. Who wouldn't want to stay in a place that also had Albert Einstein, Charlie Chaplain and a US President amongst its guests.
