Thanks for your feedback email. I was very impressed with the hotel, the staff were lovely and went out of their way to help me with anything i needed. One man in the Business Centre spent a very long time with me helping me to burn photos to CD, which was very kind. If I was to give any comments then it would be that would be great if the hotel had a leaflet or advice about booking day trips in Beijing, as I wasn't able to do this, but it was no big problem. And also, I guess that all public computers are slower than home ones, same as in the UK. But a fast computer (PC-type) with a reliable internet link and two high speed USB ports is really useful. The laptop in the business centre was quite fast. However, it's very difficult to backup photos when A) there are no USB ports, or even if there is only one, B) the language on the computer is set for Chinese characters. But these are problems that are true in all the places I have stayed, but I just thought I woud mention it! So thank-you for an excellent stay, I would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I am in Beijing, and thank-you for your email.

The service of the TCG booking center was excellent. I was very much at ease knowing that I had a hotel room booked before I left as well, when I arrived at the hotel, the room was guaranteed. I had no problems.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful in ensuring that I had everything that I required for a pleasant stay.

Good location. Very convenient and clean and nice hotel. Easy to move around. Just at the junction of the Wan Fujing night market.
