1. Yes, i liked the service at days hotel in shanghai, the staff service was also good and the location very convenient for the business people like us who can reach any part of shanghai within short time.
But, the surrounding outside of the hotel is very stinky and is horrible place to walk around specially during evening hours when one can see the people urinating on the walls of the construction sites. This should be improved.
2. TCG Booking service was excellent ,i really thank the TCG people for their co operation on the date of my arrival ,since my flight was delayed by few hours ,my request to hold on the booking of my room was accepted..
In future i wud always prefer to make my room booking thru TCG service.

The Days Hotel is a very nice hotel since it's still very new. Everywhere in the hotel are clean. The only complaint I have is the beds are very hard, just like concrete. I think the hotel should prepare some softer mattresses for guests who like the softer bed.
The staffs were great. Though their English wasn't so good, we had no problem, we could always make ourselves understood.
The breakfast is not the best I've had but it's certainly not the worst.
At last, the metro station is just near by the hotel, which is very convenient for us to go anywhere.
