Standard roooms were small and staffs (porters & reception) were not attentive. maximum 3* first class by european standard

I am satisfied with your service. It was fine.
Referring to the hotel i selected, the room that I asked was the cheapest one & it was fine because I finally have to sleep only. But hotel services are not good enough comparing to same category ones i experienced in China. Basically some of the personnel is not prepared & not customer oriented in hotel bar no room charge, just cash. Other some small details suggest me that this hotel is not good enough for the category they pretend to be.
