1) We were very pleased with the TCG booking centre and the service was excellent.
2) The service, facilities, staff were all excellent at the Novatel Peace Hotel in Beijing, the only criticism was the loud music that kept me awake. The noise came from outside the hotel I think. I complained and changed rooms, the new room faced the front of the hotel.
