The hotel staff were wonderful and very friendly. Their English was excellent and they met my every need. I was a difficult guest because I wasnt on holiday and i needed to do many things before I flew to Wuhan were I work as a teacher. I needed to use the mail service, i needed wake up calls, i needed taxis and chinese translation, i needed to book domestic flights. They met my every need and i felt very welcome. They even helped me to put together my new camera because i couldnt do it.

The restaurant food was incredible and reasonably priceds. The downside was that the TV didnt have an english channel or movies. This would have made the stay better expecially when jetlag keeps you awake in the middle of the night!

The location was great and the rooms were beautiful. Very good value for money.
