We are completely satisfied with the service and integrity of TCG. The accommodation and service at Pacific Hotel, Shanghai was satisfactory. The location of the hotel is excellent for shopping on Nanjing Road. It is next to the People's Park and MRT stations, and the start of Nanjing Road mall. There were lots of eating shops nearby. I'm satisfied with the service of the booking center - very prompt and professional.
Pacific Hotel was generally fine, although the facilities/furniture did look a bit too old and jaded. Location was very good - just in front of People's Square.

This is a very comfortable and a cosy place. The desk staff pays attention to the clients, and is reasonnably fluent in English. The very central location of the hotel is perfect fot both tourism and businnes purposes.

and the central location can't be beat.
