My stay in Pacific Luck Hotel was good. The hotel is clean especially the bathroom. The service is efficient, no complaints. Location is at walking distance to The Bund
across the river. Overall it was a pleasant stay. TCG service is just fantastic. Highly recommended !

My wife & I stayed at Pacific Luck ...

My wife & I stayed at Pacific Luck from 29/10-1/11/07. Hotel staff were efficient & proficient in English. We had an early flight & requested that they hail a taxi for us. The bellboy was at our door within 5mins from our call to collect bags & the taxi were already waiting for us.

Would not recommend American buffet breakfast as not many choices.

Hotel is on the same street as Bund, to the North about 15-20mins walk. But strongly recommend to take taxi RMB15-18 only. Shanghai streets are simply too busy for foreigners to walk or cross streets! dangerously serious traffic.

Travel China Guide staff was very professional & efficient. We didn't call hotel to reconfirm our booking & glad to know that hotel confirmed our booking eventhough we didn't pay in advance.

I STAYED IN UR HOTEL 21ST NOV TO ...

I STAYED IN UR HOTEL 21ST NOV TO 24TH NOV 2006 AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME.I LOVE UR HOTEL ,THE CLENLINESS AND DINING ROOM.

BUT, I LOST 400$ AND AND MY SON LOST 200$ WHILE WE WERE AT HOTEL.
WE WERE TO BAUMA CHINA EXIBITION 3DAYS ,BUT SOMEBODY STOLEN THE DOLLARS FROM OUR LOCKED SUITCASES.

KINDLY CORRECT UR SIDE WHILE CLEANING THE ROOM WITH SUITABLE WATCH&WARD

I must say that you have done an exceptionally excellent job.My stay at Hotel Pacific had been very very comfortable and cozy.The staff were exceedingly kind and helpful.I had a wonderful trip under your gudance.It is very memorable.
I started loving China and the magnificent Chinese.
On my next visit to China I shall certainly seek your assistance.
The Hotel location was just right,a good place and away from hustle bustle yet close to major places of visits,sightseeing and shopping as well.
