Thank you for your request for feedback. I believe your service was very efficient, however, I did encounter problems with my accommodation. The location was good, however, my room was the length and size of a corridor. The hot water did not work unless you left it on for 10-15 minutes and was very low pressure and the final straw was when there was a terrible smell in the room. I requested a room change and the room was then fine. If I had not been put in the original room I would have had no problems with the hotel and would have provided a good report to you.
