As you know, we stayed at the Prime Hotel in Beijing. It is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The extras on the executive floor were good value and much appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the sevice of TCG Booking Center. There were no complications, it all went very smoothly and there were no unpleasent surprises. Thank you very much!

Our room was very nice, the location was near perfect and the staff was very nice. The surroundings were perfect for business/vacation travelling,and it suited my needs excellently. Some small negative comments though:The room smelled very badly of smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, and the business-center charged 135 Rmb for 10 pages of incomming fax, which is more than any hotel in Europe would charge. But those are all small things. It was nevertheless a very nice hotel and it made our stay in Beijing pleasent.

We enjoyed our visit to China. It was more business than pleasure so my comments will be in that regard.

TCG was very helpful, excellent service, response time, and on top of the situation. Great Service.

Prime hotel was excellent. Got a room with no view though, maybe it was the price. Very comfortable, very spacious and worth every cent. The staff were very helpful, it helps when they can speak English, and I think they should encourage them to learn or employ those who speak.

We have been very pleased with our contacts with your company, perfect service, good information and swift answers. The booking was perfect. We also enjoyed very much our stay at the Prime hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a large and beautiful bath room, good beds, well functioning air-conditioning and a well needed refrigerator. The only slight problem for us, not knowing the Chinese language, was the
difficulties with the English language of some persons in the staff. They were all, though, very helpful and tried to do their best. We can highly recommend your company TCG and the Prime hotel to other guests.

Me and my husband are very pleased with Prime Hotel. Excellent service! My collegues in the hospital where I work are very much interested to visit Beijing and I told them that I really can recommend Prime Hotel. I suggest that the staff be given better English tutoring to improve their communication with hotel guests.
