Thank you very much for giving us the chance to rely our impressions.

The Reception Crew and Room Service was very good and professional, whereas the Breakfast-Crew was the worst be have encountered in Hotels in China priced like the Rui Jin Guesthouse. For example, it was not possible to get scrambled eggs for half an hour, because the cook was wandering outside the garden between 7am and 7:30am.
The staff did not speak any english and it was impossible to get either "Salt", a "Spoon", or a "Fork". Furthermore, the music in the breakfast room was as loud as in a night club. Regarding the breakfast staff, please make a proper training program or change the team completely.

What surprised us the most during our 8 nights of stay in the Rui Jin Guesthouse is that we have never seen the General Manager of this place, let alone any Manager of the staff on duty. That is telling and explains the bad service.

In response to your questionaire , we were very happy with your services of TCG. Thank you very much.

The Rui Jin Guesthouse was an excellent choice, and we had a wonderful visit to Shanghai and hope very much to return again in the future. There is however one area which we felt could be improved, the catering service for Morning Breakfast was a little slow, and the buffet provided needs to be kept hot. Tea and Coffee
to be really enjoyed also requires fresh hot water.

Yes I was satisfied with both the service provided by TCG and by Ruijin Guesthouse.

The only suggestion I have regarding Ruijin GH would be to improve the quality of the breakfast, in particular the western breakfast.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay in Rui Jin Guesthouse. The location is excellent and the guesthouse is very scenic. Our room was very comfortable. We were especially thrilled at discovering a very good Shanghainese restaurant on the premises of the guesthouse and enjoyed the ambiance of the Face Bar. Thank you for your efficient service.

The TCG Booking Center provided outstanding service--prompt and conscientious. I was very impressed by, and grateful for the high level of professionalism of the TCG Booking Center, and everything ran very smoothly. The Rui Jin Guesthouse, Shanghai, is a gem--quite simply, the Rui Jin provided one of the most beautiful and spacious hotel rooms in my experience of work and travel abroad. The location in the French Concession is brilliant, and the grounds are exquisite and offer a peaceful respite from the intensity of the city. The service was excellent, and the staff was most efficient and congenial. For my next trip to China, I shall definitely contact TCG Booking Center again.

We were very happy with the booking system and we loved the Rui Jin Guesthouse. Don’t change it. They were the most comfortable beds we had in all of China. In most hotels the beds are rock hard or lumpy. We were in a room with two beds in Villa 1 [or 3] and it was wonderful.

Surroundings and position were perfect. We liked the fact it was only two stories high and that we could open the windows. The staff were very helpful. We have our own boutique hotel-The Great Ponsonby in Auckland, New Zealand so were very happy to find a small, low rise , intimate place with delicious breakfasts.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ruijin Hotel. Everything was fine, the staff, the rooms and the breakfast was also very nice as well as the service.
