I am quite happy with your service and I will use it again if needed. Access to your service centre is simple and travel information is up to date. The only improvement could be made in sending credit card information by fax (not very convenient); direct Internet payment available in other countries could be better, however there are always questions about security of on-line transactions.

Hotel Shanghai Jing An (New Building) is very conveniently located for quick access to the airport and to the city (30 min. ride by taxi from Hongqiao airport and 10 min. walk to line 2 subway station Jing An temple). Hotel rooms (double or twin) are sufficient in size for travellers with average demands for space (bathrooms are small but adequate for quick shower, etc.). Rooms are clean, service is good, breakfast (optional - not included in room price) has choices of Chinese and Western style food (toasts, eggs, coffee, tea, juice, etc.). Price per room is little higher than other hotels of similar standard but the location compensates for this difference. Hotels reception staff can speak English and is attentive to traveller's needs. Definitely a good choice for a few day visit to Shanghai.

When I was in this hotel, I can not fault it.The service was fine, quick and easy with no problems.
The settings of the hotel is comfortable.
But actually, the room rate is higher than I expected.
