I'm satisfied. The hotel is nice, the location is perfect for the tourist I think, Forbidden City is 10 minutes walk, and all that shops...=)))
TCG hotel booking was really comfortable and fast, guide and driver were very friendly, the room was as showed in photos and the buffet was good. Toast machine really incredible=))) Thank you!

OUR TOUR OPERATOR AND TRAVEL GUIDE HAD BOOKED THIS HOTEL FOR 7 OF US FROM 17TH MAY TO 19TH MAY 3 NIGHTS AND THE STAY WAS PERFECT.

Very poor standard of services.

Room service could not deliver food that was still warm and correct.

The bar was like a dentist waiting room with a poor selection of beers and staff was uninterested in severing you.

In the breakfast eggs was served uncooked tables was left incomplete.

The ceiling in my room leaked water, bed side lights broken and twice I had to ask housekeeping to makeup my room after 14:00 on my return.
