Yes, I was satisfied with your service very much. Response was prompt and questions were answered. Jinjiang Hotel exceeded my expectation. I arrived there nearly midnight, but my room was still there. I checked in my room in five minutes, very efficient staffs! My room was spacious and spotless. Washroom was well decorated and facilities were modern. I really enjoyed the view from my window. Hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. The housekeepers were very kind and room was cleaned up before I come back. And they refused politely when I tip them. Service was topnotch. I?l definitely come back this hotel next time!

I was very impressed with the prompt responses for TCG bookings and the changes.
I was concerned about the lack of English used by the staff - at times there was great difficulty in trying to order food at the restaurants. Apart from this the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
As I will be returning to Zheng Zhou sometime this year with my business colleagues I would like you to suggest another hotel of equal or higher standard that is more central to the middle of the business and shopping areas.
