Very enjoyed the staying in this hotel. Although it is only a four star hotel, it offers five star hotel service. I stayed in this hotel for three times, and definitely, I will stay in this hotel again. The booking center also offers easy and efficient service ??highly recommended. To those guests who say they had problems, you reap what you sow. If you destroy the AC by kicking it or you complain without using respect you will not get good service. I was very worried about the booking as I already buy the tickets but the hotel booking was pending but the TCG solve my problem. The facilities provided are good and staff of Hotel is well cooperated. Location is excellent and enjoyable. I recommended this hotel to my entire friends; in future they have planned to visit Dalian. We face just one problem that the Air conditioner was not working properly. Firstly I kicked it hard. then I tried to change the room but it was very late. The AC was not AC but just working like fan. you know...
