Although hotel is a bit far from city center, about 12km away, the hotel offers free shuttle to the city center, which makes it very convenient. The hotel staff is friendly and professional. We arrived at almost midnight. Once our flight landed at the airport, the driver called me and was just waiting us at the luggage claim area without any impatience. He helped us to carry the big bags and drove us to the hotel. The hotel receptionists also made our check-in quickly and properly.
Booking experience with TCG was also very impressed. And the reservation voucher and hotel address in Chinese were very helpful. Payment procedure was a bit complicated, any how.
