We have upgrade room for free.
Good location.
Breakfast is OK.
Carpets must be more fresh & clearly & Floor needs wet cleaning.
Very friendly & useful staff.
If you will tired, there are 3 massage salon for very little money near the hotel.
Best value for money.

About TCG: I really loved your service. The hotel address in Chinese, sent with the voucher, was wonderful. I didn't have any problem in none of the reservations during our visit in China. We made 8 reservations using TCG and all of them where perfect. We decided to change one of the hotels just one day before and we used your on-line service, that was wonderful too.

Delight Pacific Hotel Ladoll Shanghai: If you want a very large room, stay there. Very nice and new room. Bathroom, service and bed sheets are good too. Horrible and old towels. They have a small kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven and microwave, but don't have dishes or pans. Wash machine, but don't have place to hang the clothes. They gave us one breakfast per day, but if it was to be paid it doesn't worth it. We didn't like the localization. Not many options for dinning or shopping. A little bit far from the metro station. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a great trip. The hotels were all wonderful. Delight Pacific in Shanghai was more like an apartment with a living room and kitchen. Very elegant.

Generally speaking, I was satisfied with my staying at Delight Pacific hotel. The Executive Queen Room I stayed was very nice and spacious. Everywhere in the room was clean. The facilities were ok, only TV was smaller than I expected.

In addition, it seems that there were some companies in this building. The elevators during the morning and evening were rather busy, it? not very good.

Hotel location was great. It? only with the walking distance to the shopping center and people square.

I hope the breakfast would be more various when we stayed here next time.
