Lobby Hotel was big
good service by the receptionist, she helped me to find a good florist and even accompany me to look for taxi outside the hotel, under the hot sun! She was pretty and friendly. Forgot to ask her for her name.

- Staff at the front desk can't speak English
- I stayed for 5 days; they have the same breakfast everyday. The food was not satisfactory but still edible.
- The breakfast closed about 20 minutes earlier than stated. So, there was no food at all in the resto.
- No facilities, only sauna! As if they are already gone bankrupt, all the stated facilities were no more.
- I stayed at room A1516. There are hairs on bed, and the toilet can’t be flushed! Drinking water not given. Terrible!
- Internet connection was very slow.
- It was hard to look for taxi
- Quite far from both Gongbei and Xiangzhou main.

The hotel lobby is big in size. The receptionist is very helpful. They are very patient in recommending the nearby place for shopping and eatery. They even could offer us the probable price for taking the taxi. I appreciate the classical decoration inside the hotel and the room. The rooms are quiet in the whole stay.
Booking experience with TCG was great. I had to change my travel plans twice and you could accommodate each time. Response by email was very quick. I especially like the flexibility of your booking services.

The Dihao is a very pleasant hotel, fresh air and very impressive from a distance.
The rooms are very satisfactory especially the bathroom - we are very happy with the shower units. When we stayed at Macau on departure from Zhuhai, we really missed the shower units as the bathroom at Macau hotel we stayed in is not so functional.
The service is excellent and the front desk and bell hop are very helpful. May have a language barrier if you do not understand Mandarin/Cantonese.
The Dihao hotel is 10 mins from Gongbei shopping area & Customs entry to China via Macau.
It cost us approx. CNY20-00/taxi one way to Gongbei, a distance of 10 mins. ride.
We have no problem getting around Zhuhai by taxi. The bus service is also quite easy if you understand Chinese as there are computerized panel on the bus stops to tell you the buses passing the stop.
TCG booking centre is also very efficient. We got our replies quite fast and received some useful advices from them.

Your service was efficient and staffs were professional. I have no complaint about your service at all. Do keep up with your good work. Dihao hotel was excellent. The hotel was quite new and splendid for its lobby. Rooms were huge and spotless. The bathroom was also big in size and very clean. Staffs were good in service. It is a good value for the money and the standard of the hotel exceeds what I paid for.
