i had a great 3 nights stay at this hotel, the service throughout was excellent, and the food was sublime, very surprised it is only 3 star, will recommend it greatly

We were greatly disappointed with the the service in the Dong Fang Hotel Dining Room. The food was very slow to come, and the dishes did not come at the same time. The service to table was very poor. The decor of the dining room and the quality of furnishings etc. is well below the standard of a good Beijing hotel. We would not recommend that you use this hotel.
