Facilities: Internet worked well, albeit slow at times. Other facilities I did not really use, so I can't comment on it. I would certainly stay again in that hotel and can recommend it to anyone seeking for a nice, clean, no frills hotel room in central Beijing. And its location in the hutong makes it very quiet.
Staff services: I can't really comment on that because I had very little or almost no interaction with the hotel's staff. The reception guys were helpful when I asked for banks near by and other things. The cleaning of the room could be better - it is rather hush-hush...
