I was satisfied with the booking procedure and the hotel.

The rooms were nice and the food was pretty good. The staff were nice. This hotel is the first stop on the bus from the airport, so that makes it convenient to people like myself who arriving by plane. I would recommend it to a friend since it was relatively inexpensive.

We found the service in the hotel faultless although as can be expected some dificulties with the chinese/english language. We had an issue with a lost passport and the hotel staff couldn't do enough for us. We were due to fly at 3pm to Shanghai from Xi'an , reported the passport to the staff and they escorted us to the police station and from there onto the visa bureau. On top of all that they called the airport to confirm that we would still be ok to fly to shanghai and also had a car on standby to drive us to the airport. They also gave us advise on how to get an exit visa once we got to Shanghai. The only faults if you could call them faults was 1. They had access to a driver who offered his services ( english speaking ) in giving a personalised tour around Xi'an, but we weren't made aware of this until or last day. I would like to have known this before I booked the tour, while informative the tour was ,it may have been better with more local knowledge.
2. Better interaction between staff in the reception area. When I changed my booking to stay another day in the hotel which I confirmed with the assistant manager. I asked if she needed my credit card to increase the deposit that was already put against my card. I was told that everything was fine. I got a call at 10:40pm from the reception to come down to them to up my deposit ..... Once I told them that I had already OK'd it with the manager , I was told that it was fine. I was asleep at the time and shouldn't have received the call. Apart from this I want to offer my heart felt thanks for your help in making this part of my trip possible. I found you courtuous, pleasant and prompt at all times and made the planning of my trip to China that much easier !!

On my next trip back to China expect an email, and I will strongly recommend your company to my associates.
