Dynasty International Hotel, Kunming, located in the west of National High-tech Development Zone in Kunming, is a high star-rated hotel. Kunming Airport can be reached in a 15 minute drive by taking Erhuan Express Way, while the train station and Xiao Xi Men downtown area is only 10 minutes driving distance. The hotel opened in 2003, and was refurbished in 2009. Dear Madam,

1. We found our stay at the Dynasty International Hotel in Kunming to be pleasant. We didn't quite make use of the hotel's facility as we had a tight schedule. However, we found the room to be clean and well-kept though we were not quite used to being in the room in the afternoon without air-conditioning. But, we did enjoy the piano performances by a young petite lady in the evening between 7.00 p.m. and 9.00 p.m. at the lobby. We also found the breakfast to be satisfactory, and the check-out procedure efficient. The staff at the front desk must be commended for their friendliness and helpfulness. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way for shopping but it served us well for the purpose of our visit.

2. We found your booking services to be excellent. It is prompt and professional. The fact that you are asking for feedback shows that you are serious in your business, and always looking for ways to improve. I can only say, "Keep up the good work!". Thank you.
