We went at this hotel in Hangzhou. There were many problems:
the hotel is near a motorway so it is very noisy!
his hotel is very far from the west lake and it was difficult to catch a taxi
nobody speaks English at the desk....
but the hotel was clean and people were very kind

Thank you for your great service, My reservations was great and the map and directions in Chinese helped me find the Elan Inn, East Station Hangzhou.
The Elan Inn, East Station Hangzhou, is located near the East Bus Station. The hotel has modern well designed rooms with Internet connection. While the staff speaks limited English, they are ready and willing to help. The hotel is in a wholesale clothing and footwear area which lots of shopping bargains. There are easy bus connections (K28 & K31) to the more tourist areas such as West Lake. I highly recommend Elan Inn, East Station Hangzhou and TCG.
