Located to the west side of West Lake near Maojiabu Scenic Spot and rebuilt from the local folk houses,it is a unique inn labeled classical style with the theme of rural culture. A great stretch of mulberry bush, orchard and large water area shows pastoral water town scenery of Jiangzhe. Surrounded by many attraction sites, it is a wonderful and fantastic place in the busy city. Elan Inn (West Lake) started business in 2008, owning 74 guest rooms in which free broadband internet are available. It also provides guests with IPTV digital system which has approximately one hundred television channels and thousands of outstanding movies. What's more, central air-conditioning system is adopted and hot water is available 24 hours a day.

The room was good but the bed sheets smells to cigarette
The receptionist in the hotel don’t speaks a word in English... Maybe they should know the basics words to communicate with the tourist guests...

Hangzhou was amazing. Really beautiful. All the temples and monuments Precious.

I WOULD SAY THIS IS A "BOUTIQUE" HOTEL. SPACE IS JUST WHAT IS NEEDED
IN EA. ROOM.CANNOT BE TOO FAT AS NOT ABLE TO FIT. BUT OVERALL RATE
FOR THE PLACE = CLEAN = MOST IMPORTANT. ALMOST "PERFECT"JUST HAVE TO ASK THE HOTEL NAME (IN CHINESE) AND PHONE
NOS. IN AN EXTRA E-MAILIT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO STATE THE SIZE IN M2 OR
FT OF THE ROOM SO THAT CUSTOMER HAVE AN IDEA.
