For Question One: Yes, the hotel was great and we really like it. The hotel facilities were excellent and the fitments are beautiful. The staffs are polite and kind. We really enjoyed the stay at the hotel and would like to return to the hotel next time.
One problem: The hotel is located in the new city area which is far from the city center and the transportation is not very convenient. We took a taxi outside the hotel to go the city center and it cost rmb32. However, when we return to the hotel by taxi from the city center, we only spent rmb25. Obviously, we were cheated by the previous driver. Later, we realized that there are shuttle bus to the city center and the airport.
For Question Two: About the TCG Booking Center, yes, your booking service is great and we are very satisfied. The answer by e-mail is really prompt and this was also the best booking center I've had in China.
