No English spoken, No heating in rooms, ( but blankets !!!! ) No refrigirator !!!
No western breakfast, only local type that I did not try, even I paid for !!! )

We were informed by the hotel that some of the hotel staff do can not speak English. We have forwarded your good suggestion to the hotel and the hotel said they will arrange some English-speaking staff for foreign guests in the future.
[+] No heating in rooms, ( but blankets !!!! )
The hotel do have central air-conditioning. However, whether it is turned on or not depends on the weather condition. Besides, we were informed by the hotel that there is a quilt and a blanket in the guestrooms. The blanket is in the wardrobe and the quilt is on the bed; customers can choose by themselves. Besides, if it is cold, customers can ask for a warmer.

We were informed by the hotel that the guestrooms on the 9th, 10th and 11th floors are equipped with refrigerators. We noticed that you stayed in the Room 813, so there is no refrigerator.
[+] No western brekfast, only local type that I didnt tryed, even I payed for !!! ) Generally bad.
The hotel only provides Chinese cafeteria and we are really sorry for that.
